About Andy:
Chairman of CEL since 2005, Andy Hinton has worked in the environmental and utility sector for many years, specialising in business development, sales, marketing and customer services.
Managing Director
About Nick:
Nick has spent 20 years working in the environmental sector including 12 years in the tyre sector, and has been Managing Director of Credential since 2006. Nick has overall responsibility for sales, customer service, collections and processing.
Finance and Business Development Manager
About Mark:
Mark has worked in the tyre recycling sector for over 20 years in a variety of finance and business development roles. Mark is the company’s Finance and Business Development Manager. Previously Mark was the MD of Tyre Collection Services Ltd, prior to its acquisition by CEL in 2007 and of Monarch, a tyre remoulding business. Mark is very active in the Tyre Recovery Association nationally.
Operations Manager – Breighton
About Tracy:
Tracy joined Credential in 2006, with a background in Transport she was originally brought in to develop the Collections business at the Breighton Site, she then became Manager for the Site in February 2010.
Tracy has held the position of Operations Manager for the North since January 2017. Along with the Breighton Site Operation, Tracy also manages the company’s Collection Business.
Tracy holds the WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence for both Transfer & Treatment, Certificate of Professional Competence for the Company’s Transport Operation and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health qualifications.
Operations Manager – Wednesbury
About Rob:
Rob joined Credential in 2009, initially as a Site Supervisor. Rob became Site Manager in June 2013, since January 2017, Rob has held the position of Operations Manager for the South.
With a background in the Automotive industry, having previously worked for MG Rover and being responsible for training conformance and technical engineering in several applications, Rob has been instrumental in developing systems and compliance for the CM Tyre Shredders.
Rob holds the WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence for both Transfer & Treatment and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health qualifications.
Compliance Manager
About Sue:
Sue is the Company’s Compliance Manager with a wealth of skills acquired through a range of demanding roles in manufacturing and the waste industry. Sue has over 20 years’ experience within health and safety and has worked for Credential since 2006.
Sue develops, implements and monitors systems and procedures to meet the company’s obligations with regards to health, safety and environmental legislation, management systems and best practice. She provides specialised knowledge, support and advice in understanding the requirement of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation; to identify key areas of risk and subsequent actions required.
As part of her role, Sue carries out regular health, safety and environmental inspections of the workplace and regularly monitors and reviews the company’s health, safety and environmental policies and performance to achieve continuing improvements.
Sue is a Graduate Member of Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, a Practitioner Member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management.
