Robert Taylor
Rob joined Credential in 2009, initially as a Site Supervisor. Rob became Site Manager in June 2013, since January 2017, Rob has held the position of Operations Manager for the South.
With a background in the Automotive industry, having previously worked for MG Rover and being responsible for training conformance and technical engineering in several applications, Rob has been instrumental in developing systems and compliance for the CM Tyre Shredders.
Rob holds the WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence for both Transfer & Treatment and Institution of Occupational Safety and Health qualifications.
Nicky Nash
Nicky has worked in the Recycling industry for over 25 years and works at our Wednesbury Site. Originally employed by Tyre Collection Services as an Administration Manager, she was responsible for dealing with Credit Control, Sales, Purchase Ledger entries and payroll. Following the acquisition of Tyre Collection Services by Credential Environmental in 2006 her role changed, she is now responsible for Customer Service for our waste tyre collection business, Weighbridge Operation for our disposal site and the general office administration required at Wednesbury.
Ian Preece
Ian has worked in the recycling industry for over 30 years in various roles. Ian joined Credential in March 2010 as a Site Supervisor for our Wednesbury Site. His day to day role includes include monitoring and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to produce the quality rubber chip that we supply to Industry.
A multi- skilled plant machinery driver, Ian is also involved in looking after the health and safety of the site. Ian is a Site First Aider as well as being IOSH trained.
Sharn Walker:
Joined Credential in 2020 as an Administration assistant.
Her day to day duties are to contact Credential customers by email or phone to ascertain the customers’ requirements and to provide customer service to the highest level.
Sharn carries out office duties answering calls, covering the weighbridge and dealing with any customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Andy Saunders
Joined Credential as a Mobile plant driver in 2007 moving on to become a Team Leader in April 2013.
His day to day roll is giving instruction and guidance to his team to meet CM production targets, ensuring H&S, Environmental issues are followed by all personnel on site.
He manages the yard with intakes and outgoing shred covering the Office and Weighbridge.
Andy is our most experienced Plant driver with over 30 yrs experience training site staff to test level.
Steve Nash
Joined Credential in 2010 as a site operative moving on to become a Team Leader in April 2013.
His day to day role is giving instruction and guidance to his team to meet CM production targets, ensuring H&S, Environmental issues are followed by all personnel on site.
He manages the yard with intakes and outgoing shred covering the Office and Weighbridge.
Steve is our most experienced CM Setter training staff on the CM to Setter level.
